Website Terms of Use

The Stadami website at stadami.com is provided by LOSI Sp. z o.o. (LOSI SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ), with its registered office at ul. Korytnicka 46/52, 04-109 Warsaw, Poland; KRS 0001146588, REGON 540499518 and NIP 1133154642 ("LOSI", "Stadami" or "we"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Website, including information pages, install links, QR codes, Professional and Client web signup, Client account access, discovery features and, when enabled, the public profile directory. The mobile apps, accounts, messages, Professional Services, reviews, subscriptions, Boost and in-app purchases are also governed by the terms and policies presented in the apps and applicable stores.

The Website Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of this framework by reference. If documents conflict, the more specific document controls its subject, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

By accessing the Website or completing signup, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use interactive features or complete signup.

The Website and Professional and Client signup are intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over who can form a contract. By continuing signup, you declare that you are at least 18.

The signup flow may record the version of the Terms and Privacy Policy, the date, time and evidence of acceptance. Do not submit data or create an account if you are under 18.

The Website is a marketing showcase and acquisition channel for the Stadami apps. It may include corporate and legal pages, information about plans and features, install links, Smart App Banner, forms, a quiz, Professional and Client web signup, Client account access and, in certain editions, a public profile directory.

The same codebase may be deployed in different editions. Certain features or pages may not be available on every domain, in every language, city or at all times.

The Website may offer Client signup and login with the same Stadami account used in the apps, by email and password or with a Google account. The Website does not process bookings or real-service payments and has no direct checkout for subscriptions or Boost.

Stadami helps Clients discover independent sport, beauty and wellness Professionals in Brazil. Stadami does not provide, schedule, sell, guarantee or receive payment for Professionals' real-world services.

Any engagement is made directly between Client and Professional. The Professional determines price, availability, location, conditions, taxes and delivery and is responsible for the services provided. Stadami is not either party's employer, agent, representative, joint venturer or guarantor.

Nothing here excludes LOSI's own non-waivable duties for the Website, its statements, data protection, security, moderation and the digital features it supplies.

When enabled, the directory may show a name, photos, category and specialities, city and neighbourhood, indicative prices, ratings, review text, plan badges and gallery. The Professional's account email and exact address are not published on the Website. The contact channels the Professional published in the app (for example WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram or a website) are shown only to Clients logged in on the Website, never to anonymous visitors; other contact actions lead to the app.

Visibility may depend on the plan, relevance, location, profile integrity, activity, reviews, moderation and other legitimate signals. Availability of the directory or a profile may change.

Profile information is supplied by users. The Professional is responsible for its accuracy, currency and legality and for the rights, permissions and licences relating to advertised content and services. Photos, text, certificates and other material may be subject to moderation; moderation is not identity, qualification or quality verification.

PRO and PRO+ badges identify only the applicable plan. Subscriptions and Boost may influence visibility together with other legitimate signals. A plan badge is not verification, qualification or endorsement.

Verified is a discretionary platform status granted using selected criteria that may include profile completeness, activity, subscription history, engagement and moderation. It does not confirm identity, licence, qualification, competence, insurance, safety, legality, quality or LOSI endorsement.

Sponsored, promoted or boosted placements will be labelled where payment materially influences visibility. In the default order of a category search, profiles with a Boost active for that category may appear first; the Boost is labelled on the card and the profile.

Reviews use a 1-5 scale and must reflect a genuine interaction. The Website may display counts, ratings and text sourced from the platform. An interaction, contact or message exchange does not by itself prove purchase, completion or service quality.

The author cannot freely edit or delete a review after publication. Stadami may remove, restrict, de-index or anonymise reviews and other content where required for law, safety, rule enforcement, fraud control, a valid data-subject request or a moderation decision. The reviewer's public identity may be limited to their first name and surname initial.

We may moderate, restrict, remove, de-index or reject unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, unsafe, manipulated or rule-breaking content, with notice, reasons and human review where required or proportionate.

Figures such as numbers of Professionals, potential Clients, average ratings, cities, views or results are marketing estimates, rounded figures or "N+" floors based on platform data. They are not live counts or promises of availability, engagement, income, audience or result.

"From" prices are indicative. The applicable store displays the final price, currency, period, taxes, renewal and conditions before purchase. Stadami may correct or update commercial information when the underlying data, product or offer changes.

The /profi/signup flow may collect email, password and language, send a verification code and pass the data to the Stadami backend to create a Professional account. You must provide accurate data, keep credentials confidential and promptly report unauthorised use.

The /signup flow may collect name, email and password, send a verification code and pass the data to the Stadami backend to create a Client account, the same one used in the apps; the services and languages you are looking for are optional. At /login, a Client signs in with the Stadami account's email and password or with a Google account; the session ends on logout or within 30 days. The same duties about accurate data and confidential credentials apply.

At /login and /signup, a Client may also sign in with a Google account (Google Identity Services): the Website receives from Google a signed token with the Google account's identifier, email and name and hands it to the Stadami backend, which verifies it. If a Stadami account with the same email already exists, the Google login is linked to it; if none exists, the Client account is created at once, without a verification code. By continuing with Google, you declare that you are at least 18 and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The session and the duties are the same as for login by email and password.

By completing signup, you declare that you are at least 18 and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Acceptance may be recorded with its version, date, time and technical evidence.

After email confirmation in Professional signup, an eligible user receives a personal code to activate 14 days of PRO in the app. The offer is subject to eligibility, does not stack with another trial unless the store expressly says so, and requires no card on the Website. Activation, expiry, conversion and any charge are shown in the flow and applicable store.

PRO/PRO+ subscriptions and Boost are purchased in the apps through Apple App Store or Google Play. The store controls billing, renewal, plan changes, cancellation, refunds, taxes and regional pricing, subject to applicable law.

A first eligible in-app subscription may include the standard 7-day trial. Eligible users entering through the Website offer may instead receive a personal code for 14 days of PRO. Trials do not stack unless the store expressly says so.

Boost is an optional digital purchase that may temporarily increase visibility for 1, 7 or 14 days in 1-3 categories. It may be activated within the period shown in the app, currently up to 90 days after purchase, and only one Boost may be active at a time. Boost does not guarantee contacts, bookings, revenue, a fixed rank or results.

Deleting a Stadami account does not automatically cancel a store subscription; cancellation must also be completed in the App Store or Google Play.

You must not violate law or third-party rights; create a false identity or profile; publish misleading, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, violent, threatening, harassing, privacy-invasive or infringing content; advertise an illegal service; manipulate reviews, ranking, statistics, trials, offers or promotions; spread malware; bypass security, limits, age or consent controls; access another account; use bots, scraping, automated collection or reverse engineering without permission; copy the database; or interfere with the Website.

We may apply technical limits, block traffic, preserve necessary evidence and report conduct to authorities where legally justified. Measures must be proportionate and respect applicable mandatory rights and appeal processes.

The Stadami brand, logo, official illustrations, layout, original text, software, screenshots and other platform materials belong to LOSI or its licensors. These Terms grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the Website for its intended purpose.

You receive no right to use the brand, remove notices, reproduce, distribute, sell, adapt or exploit materials outside normal Website use without written permission or a legal exception.

User content remains owned by its holder. By accepting the applicable terms on the Website or in the app and submitting content, the author grants LOSI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, sublicensable to necessary providers and transferable with a corporate transaction, to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, technically adapt, translate, moderate, index, analyse, display, distribute and promote public content and the related Professional profile to the extent necessary to operate, protect, improve and promote Stadami.

Anyone submitting content represents that they hold all necessary rights and permissions, including consents from identifiable people and rights relating to image, voice, brands, music, photographs, videos, certificates and other materials. Acceptance of the Terms does not replace third-party consents that the author is required to obtain.

Private messages are not published or used in advertising without separate express consent. If you believe content infringes rights, email support@stadami.com with sufficient identification and grounds.

The Website may link to app stores, AppsFlyer OneLink, WhatsApp, social networks and other websites or services. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies.

Install links may carry campaign parameters identifying the button position or campaign. An action to send a link through WhatsApp opens that service with a pre-filled message in the visitor's own conversation; Stadami does not send the message for the visitor.

We do not control third-party availability or content but remain responsible for our own choices, integrations and statements as required by law.

We process data under the Website Privacy Policy. Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, should load only after consent. Rejection does not prevent access to basic content, and the choice can be changed at /cookies.

The Website does not collect payment details or GPS coordinates. Live signup passes credentials to the Stadami backend. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for data categories, purposes, lawful bases, recipients, transfers, retention and rights.

We may correct, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the Website for security, law, maintenance, performance, third-party dependencies or product development. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or the availability of a Professional.

A material change affecting contractual rights will be communicated clearly and in advance where required. Paid features remain subject to mandatory rules and remedies applicable in the apps and stores.

We may limit or end access for material or repeated breach, fraud, security risk, legal order or abuse. Unless urgent or legally prohibited, we will provide notice, reasons and a proportionate review opportunity where applicable.

You may stop using the Website at any time. To request account deletion, use Settings in the app or email support@stadami.com. Identity may be verified proportionately; feedback is optional. Operational deletion or anonymisation is ordinarily completed within 10 days, subject to lawful retention, security, fraud prevention, disputes, backups and evidence preservation described in the Privacy Policy.

Closing an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

LOSI remains responsible for its own acts and omissions where required by law. Nothing excludes non-waivable liability, consumer rights, data protection, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where legally applicable.

To the extent permitted and without reducing mandatory rights, LOSI is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused exclusively by an independent Client-Professional arrangement, a third party beyond its reasonable control or use contrary to these Terms. No limitation makes Stadami the supplier of the Professional's real-world service or transfers LOSI's own duties to a user.

Send Website complaints to support@stadami.com with the account email where relevant, a description, evidence and requested solution. Do not send a password or unnecessary sensitive data. We will acknowledge and respond within applicable mandatory periods.

These Terms are contractually governed by Polish law, without depriving Brazilian consumers of non-derogable protection that would apply without that choice, including Brazilian consumer, internet and data-protection rules.

A Brazilian consumer may use the courts of their domicile and any mechanism available under mandatory law. There is no mandatory arbitration or exclusive Warsaw forum for consumers. Non-consumer disputes may be brought before the competent Polish court unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

The Brazilian Portuguese version is the primary contractual version. The English and Spanish versions are convenience translations. If versions differ, the Brazilian Portuguese version controls, always preserving mandatory user rights.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, feature or corporate-structure changes. We will show the new version and date and obtain renewed acceptance where required. Changes do not remove accrued rights.

Version 1.1 adds Client signup and login on the Website and the display of the contact channels published by Professionals to logged-in Clients.
