Community Guidelines

Version 1.0 · Effective 2 September 2026

These guidelines put the Terms of Use in plain language and apply to Clients, Professionals and visitors alike. If they diverge, the Terms of Use prevail.

1. Who these rules apply to

They apply to everyone on Stadami: Clients, Professionals and website visitors. They explain, in plain language, what we expect of profiles, services, reviews and messages.

These guidelines form part of the Terms of Use. If anything here reads differently from the legal text, the Terms of Use and applicable law prevail.

2. Honest profiles

Use your real working name and describe what you actually offer. No false identity, no profile in someone else's name without authorisation, no promise of a service you do not provide.

Publish only photos and videos that are yours or that you have the right to use, and only with the consent of identifiable people in them. Do not pass off someone else's images as your work.

Certificates and training must be genuine and current. Where an activity requires a licence or registration, having it is your responsibility.

Prices and conditions must match what you actually charge. A price on a profile that never exists in practice is misleading advertising.

3. Services allowed

Offer only services that are legal in Brazil and fit the platform's sport, beauty and wellness categories.

Not allowed: sexual services; selling medicines, controlled substances or procedures that require a medical setting and licence; promises of cure, diagnosis or guaranteed health outcomes; any service requiring a licence you do not hold.

Stadami does not provide, schedule or guarantee the services advertised: the engagement happens directly between Client and Professional.

4. Reviews

Review only real experiences you had. Do not write, order, buy or trade reviews, and do not offer a discount or gift in exchange for a rating.

Do not review yourself, your own business or a competitor. Do not use reviews for blackmail or pressure.

Write about the service, not the person: no insults, discrimination, baseless accusations or other people's personal data. Do not include anyone's phone number, address, document or photo.

Once published, a review cannot be freely edited or deleted by its author. We may remove, restrict or anonymise reviews where the law, safety, a breach of these rules, fraud or a valid request from the data subject requires it.

5. Messages and contact

Talk to each other with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, unsolicited sexual content and pushing after a no are not accepted.

Do not use messages for spam, chain messages, promoting other services or harvesting contacts.

Never share a password. Be careful with payments: Stadami does not take payments for services and cannot refund amounts agreed outside the platform.

If someone blocks you, do not work around it with another profile.

6. People's safety

No violent, exploitative or self-harm content, and nothing that puts someone at risk. Content involving children or teenagers in a sexual context is removed and reported to the authorities.

For a first meeting, prefer an agreed, familiar place, tell someone you trust, and keep the conversation in the app until you feel safe.

If there is immediate danger, contact the local authorities first. Then tell us, so we can act on the platform.

7. What is prohibited

Breaking the law or third-party rights; creating a false identity or profile; posting misleading, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, violent, threatening, harassing or infringing content; advertising an illegal service.

Manipulating reviews, ranking, statistics, free trials, offers or promotions; creating serial accounts to get around limits or collect repeated benefits.

Spreading malware; bypassing security, technical limits, age requirements or consent; accessing someone else's account; using bots, scraping or automated collection without authorisation; copying the database; interfering with the site or the app.

8. Moderation and consequences

Photos, texts and certificates may go through moderation before they appear. Moderation is not an identity or qualification check.

Depending on severity and repetition, we may remove or restrict content, deindex a profile, limit features, remove badges, or suspend or close an account. Measures must be proportionate.

Unless it is urgent or legally prohibited, we state the reason and give an opportunity for review where applicable. Significant automated decisions can be reviewed by a person on request.

9. How to report

Write to support@stadami.com with the link or profile name, what happened, when it happened and, if possible, screenshots. The clearer the report, the faster we can act.

Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data. We confirm receipt and answer within the applicable mandatory deadlines.

Reports made in bad faith, in bulk or to harm competitors also breach these rules.

10. How to appeal a decision

If your content was removed or your account was limited and you disagree, reply to the notice or write to support@stadami.com explaining the context and attaching anything that helps.

We review the case and tell you the outcome. If the decision stands, we say which rule was applied.
