To become a trainer on Stadami, download the app from Google Play or the App Store and follow the registration steps. You’ll need to provide personal information and upload your documents to get started. Once registered, you can set up your profile, add your services, and start engaging with clients.
We take quality seriously, and to maintain high standards, trainers must upload valid certifications, diplomas, or other documents proving their professional expertise. Additionally, trainers are required to upload personal identification documents (such as DNI, NIE) to complete the registration process. This helps ensure credibility, trustworthiness, and compliance within the platform.
Absolutely! You can update your profile details anytime. Just go to “Profile”, select “Edit Profile,” and make your changes. Don’t forget to save them!
Easy! To update your profile picture or media, go to “Edit Profile,” then click on “Edit” in the section you want to update, and upload a high-quality image or video from your device. A professional profile picture enhances credibility and attracts more clients.
Trainers have full flexibility in setting their schedules. Choose the type of sessions you offer — personal training, group sessions, or online classes — and communicate with clients via the in-app chat to confirm details such as date, time, and location. All confirmed sessions appear in the Stadami calendar, which can be updated if necessary.
If a client fails to cancel within the allowed timeframe, the trainer will still receive payment according to the Сancellation Policy. Trainers should communicate session policies clearly to avoid misunderstandings.
To cancel or reschedule, discuss the change with your client in the in-app chat. Once an agreement is reached, update the session details in the calendar. Avoid sharing personal information outside the platform, as Stadami cannot provide support for external arrangements.
If a client cancels a session within the allowed cancellation period, they may receive a refund or reschedule the session. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance qualify for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made 12-24 hours in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours are non-refundable. All cancellations and refunds are handled automatically within the app. These Policies are fixed to ensure fairness and can’t be modified by trainers.
If a trainer cancels a session, the client will receive a full refund, and repeated cancellations may impact your reputation on the platform. We encourage trainers to only cancel in emergencies and notify clients as early as possible to maintain a professional relationship.
Trainers have up to 3 hours to confirm a booking request. If it’s sent before 20:00, the timer starts right away (even if it goes past 20:00). If it’s sent after 20:00, the timer waits and starts at 08:00 next morning. Once confirmed, the session is locked and standard cancellation rules apply. If not confirmed in time, the booking is cancelled automatically and the client gets a full refund. All updates appear in your Stadami calendar and via push notifications.
As a trainer on Stadami, you set your own prices for personal, group, and online sessions. We take a clear 20% commission per completed session — that’s it. No hidden fees. Your net earnings appear right in your Stadami dashboard under “Earnings”.
Stadami charges a 20% commission on all completed training sessions. This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and customer support. The remaining 80% of your earnings go directly to you, and you are responsible for handling your own taxes and financial obligations.
Stadami uses Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment providers, to make sure your payouts are fast, secure, and reliable. To receive payouts after your sessions, complete a quick one-time verification in your Stadami profile. We’ll ask for your name, ID (such as DNI, NIE), bank details (IBAN). Once verified, you’ll get paid automatically after each session. All earnings and transfers are visible anytime in the “Earnings”.
You don’t need a separate Stripe account. All payouts are managed directly through Stadami. Once your session is confirmed and completed, your earnings are processed automatically. You can track your available balance, past payouts, and expected transfers in the ”Earnings” section of the app.
Yes! As a trainer, you have full control over setting your own prices for individual, group, and online sessions. You can adjust your rates at any time to reflect your experience, expertise, and market demand. However, according to platform policy, the price for any session cannot be lower than 15 euros.
If you haven’t received a payment, the first step is to check the ”Earnings” section in your Stadami app — make sure your identity is verified and your bank details are correct. If everything looks right but your payout still hasn’t arrived, contact Stadami support, and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
As part of our legal obligations under the EU DAC7 regulation, Stadami collects basic tax-related information during onboarding. You’ll be asked to provide your ID, address, and select your legal status (such as individual or self-employed). This helps ensure compliance and secure payments for all users. However, you remain fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information and for complying with local tax laws in your country of residence.
If you fail to meet your tax obligations, you may face fines or legal action from local authorities. Stadami is not liable for any non-compliance. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified tax advisor to make sure you are meeting all legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
This depends on your local regulations. Stadami does not require self-employed registration to use the platform, but you must ensure that your activity is legal under your country’s tax rules. If you’re unsure, it’s best to get professional advice from a tax consultant.
Trainers registered as self-employed in Spain are responsible for paying social security contributions, income tax (IRPF), and, if applicable, value-added tax (IVA). Currently, the platform does not allow chat deletion to maintain a record of communications. However, if a trainer experiences inappropriate behavior, they can report the client to Stadami support.

If a client does not attend a scheduled online session and did not notify you in advance, you are still entitled to receive full payment for the session. To report a no-show, please do so directly through the app, and Stadami will process it accordingly.

All transactions, messages, and video sessions within the platform are protected to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.
To keep your account secure, always use a strong, unique password and avoid sharing your login credentials with anyone. Make sure to log out when using public or shared devices. If you notice any suspicious activity in your account, change your password immediately and report the issue to Stadami support.
If a client asks for personal information, requests payments outside the platform, or sends suspicious links, do not engage. Instead, report the request via Stadami’s chat support. Never share sensitive details such as your phone number, email, or banking information outside the app to ensure your security.
If you encounter fraudulent behavior, fake profiles, unusual payment requests, or suspicious interactions, report the issue immediately using the “Feedback and Ideas” feature in your account settings. Our support team will investigate and take the necessary steps, which may include account suspension or removal to maintain a safe community.
Yes! Stadami allows trainers to offer group training sessions. You can specify group session availability in your schedule settings, allowing clients to book multiple slots for the same session.

If you wish to permanently delete your profile, please contact Stadami support with a deletion request. Your account and personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
