You’ll need to provide basic information, including your credentials, to get started. Once registered, you can set up your profile, add your services, and start engaging with clients.
We take quality seriously and to maintain quality standards, trainers must upload valid certifications, diplomas, or other documents proving their professional expertise. This helps ensure credibility and trustworthiness within the platform.
Absolutely! You can update your profile details anytime. Just go to "Settings," select "Edit Profile," and make your changes. Don't forget to save them!
Easy! To update your profile picture or media, go to "Edit Profile," click on "Add Media," and upload a high-quality image or video from your device. A professional profile picture enhances credibility and attracts more clients.
Trainers have full flexibility in setting their schedules. Choose the type of sessions you offer—personal training, group sessions, or online classes—and communicate with clients via the in-app chat to confirm details such as date, time, and location. All confirmed sessions appear in the Stadami calendar, which can be updated if necessary.
If a client fails to cancel within the allowed timeframe, the trainer will still receive payment according to the cancellation policy. Trainers should communicate session policies clearly to avoid misunderstandings.
To cancel or reschedule, discuss the change with your client in the in-app chat. Once an agreement is reached, update the session details in the calendar. Avoid sharing personal information outside the platform, as Stadami cannot provide support for external arrangements.
If a client cancels a session within the allowed cancellation period, they may receive a refund or be able to reschedule. However, if they cancel last-minute (outside your policy timeframe), they may be charged in full. You can manage these settings through your trainer dashboard.
If a trainer cancels a session, the client will receive a full refund, and repeated cancellations may impact your reputation on the platform. We encourage trainers to only cancel in emergencies and notify clients as early as possible to maintain a professional relationship.
Once a session is discussed and agreed upon, trainers must confirm the booking within 3 hours. If not confirmed, the request will expire. Trainers receive a notification once a booking is successfully confirmed, and it will appear in the Stadami calendar.
As a trainer on Stadami, you have complete control over your pricing for personal, group, and online training sessions. Stadami applies a transparent 20% commission on each successfully completed session, ensuring smooth platform operation, secure transactions, and ongoing support. There are no hidden fees, and the remaining earnings are automatically transferred to your connected Stripe account.
Stadami charges a 20% commission on all completed training sessions. This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and customer support. The remaining 80% of your earnings go directly to you, and you are responsible for handling your own taxes and financial obligations.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. To receive payouts, you first need to connect your Stripe account in the Payout Settings section of your Stadami profile. As part of the setup, Stripe requires you to verify your identity by uploading a valid ID, a selfie, and providing your IBAN or preferred payment method. Once your account is verified, payments are sent automatically after each completed session. You can also customize your payout frequency directly in your Stripe dashboard.
Your earnings are automatically credited to your Stripe account once a session is successfully completed. From there, you can withdraw funds based on the payout schedule you’ve set in Stripe. All transaction details, including payout status and expected transfer dates, can be found in your Stripe dashboard.
Yes! As a trainer, you have full control over setting your own prices for individual, group, and online sessions. You can adjust your rates at any time to reflect your experience, expertise, and market demand.
If you haven’t received a payment, the first step is to check your Stripe account to ensure your identity is fully verified and that your IBAN or payment method has been correctly added. Next, review your transaction history in Stripe to see if the payment is still being processed. If everything appears to be in order but you still haven’t received your payout, please contact Stadami Support, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
Trainers should ensure that their tax status aligns with their country’s regulations. While Stadami does not handle tax verification, trainers may need to provide documentation when requested by tax authorities.
Failure to comply with tax laws can result in fines or legal action from tax authorities. Trainers should regularly review their tax obligations and consult a professional if necessary.
Stadami does not require trainers to register as autónomos, but trainers are responsible for complying with local tax laws. If uncertain, trainers should seek professional tax advice.
