This STADAMI’S MOTIVATIONAL PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMME constitutes an integral part of Stadami’s Terms and Conditions and shall be interpreted in conjunction therewith. In the event of any inconsistency, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise herein.
DEFINITIONS
The following terms are used throughout this Programme and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Stadami Terms and Conditions:
- Platform – The digital service environment, including mobile applications and websites, operated by LOSI Sp. z o.o. under the Stadami brand.
- User – Any individual that registers for and accesses Stadami services, including Trainers and Clients.
- Trainer – an independent registered User who delivers and manages training sessions facilitated by means of the Stadami Platform, including through its mobile application or website, in accordance with the Stadami Terms and Conditions through the Stadami Platform
- Client – Client – A registered User who books and participates in training sessions facilitated by means of the Stadami Platform, including through its mobile application or website, in accordance with the Stadami Terms and Conditions
- Training Session / Session – A scheduled and confirmed training activity conducted between a Trainer and a Client via the Platform.
- Points – Non-monetary bonus credits issued to Users by Stadami for eligible activities under this Programme.
- Coupons – Discount instruments redeemable by Users in exchange for Points to reduce service fees or training prices in accordance with this Programme.
- Trial Period – A defined introductory usage period for new Users, subject to preferential terms as described in this Programme.
- Boost – A visibility and prioritisation feature activated by eligible Trainers to increase exposure within the Platform.
- Referral Programme – a part of Stadami’s Motivational Promotional Programme through which existing Users may refer new Users to Stadami and earn Points, subject to conditions.

This Motivational Promotional Programme (“Programme”) is issued by LOSI Sp. z o.o., a limited liability company legally registered and incorporated in Poland, with its principal office located at Korytnicka st. 46/52, Warsaw, 04-109, Poland, the operator of the Stadami Platform (“Stadami”, “we”, “our”, “us”). It applies to all Users, including Trainers and Clients, who access or use Stadami’s services in accordance with the Stadami Terms and Conditions and related Platform policies. By participating in this Programme, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Programme as well as any additional rules, guidelines, or notices issued in connection with it.
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of the Programme is to reward and encourage positive, consistent, and quality participation within the Stadami ecosystem. This Programme sets forth the framework for issuing and redeeming bonus points (“Points”) earned through eligible activities performed by Users. Points are intended to incentivize engagement, boost motivation, and recognize commitment to the Stadami community.
SECTION I: TRAINER REWARDS
2.POINTS SYSTEM
2.1 Accrual of Points
Trainers may accumulate Points for performing specific actions, as detailed below:

Points are strictly non-transferable, do not constitute monetary or exchangeable value, and are limited to use within the Programme as outlined. Points are not awarded for training sessions that are cancelled or not successfully completed by either party. In addition, if a training session becomes the subject of a dispute, refund request, or formal claim, any Points previously awarded for that session may be revoked or deducted at the sole discretion of Stadami. Stadami retains the right to review, adjust, or revoke Points if earned in error or through conduct that breaches this Programme or general Platform standards.
2.2 Status Levels
Trainers are assigned levels based on the total number of completed training sessions:

A Trainer’s current level affects the Points received per session and is visibly tracked in the Trainer’s account dashboard, accompanied by a progress bar and performance summary.
2.3 Redemption of Points
Points can be exchanged for discount coupons (“Coupons”) that reduce the Stadami platform service fee charged per training session:

- Each coupon is valid for one standard (non-group, non-package) session only.
- Coupons cannot be stacked or combined. Coupons may not be used during a Trainer’s Trial Period under any circumstances.
- Currently, Points do not have an expiration date. However, Stadami may introduce a time limitation for the use of Points in the future, with appropriate prior notice to Users. Coupons and discounts may not be used in the following cases: (i) during the Trainer’s Trial Period, (ii) for group training sessions, (iii) for package bookings, and (iv) for any trainings conducted during the Boost period. If a Coupon is applied to a training session by a Trainer and the Trainer cancels that session, the Coupon will normally be considered used and will not be reinstated, unless the cancellation is due to a technical issue or is initiated by Stadami.
3. TRIAL PERIOD CONDITIONS
New Trainers benefit from a promotional trial period, the terms of which depend on the method of registration:

- The trial period begins upon first login, regardless of onboarding completion, and it cannot be extended under any circumstances.
- Discounts provided during the trial cannot be combined with other promotional offers or redeemed for Points.
4. BOOST PROGRAMME
Qualified Trainers may opt into a Boost Programme to enhance visibility, increase client engagement, and grow their presence on the Platform. To qualify, Trainers must:
- Have a Silver or Gold status;
- Maintain a rating of 4.5 or higher from Clients.
Boost conditions include:
- Stadami’s service fee increases from 20% to 50% for all sessions booked or held during Boost;
- Boost must run for a minimum of 7 consecutive days and cannot be terminated early;
- If the Trainer wishes to terminate the Boost, it must be manually deactivated by the Trainer after the mandatory period of 7 days; there is no maximum duration for using Boost, and it may remain active indefinitely unless deactivated by the Trainer.
- Coupons and discounts are not valid during Boost;
- Coupons purchased while Boost is active will become redeemable only after Boost ends.
By activating Boost, the Trainer confirms their informed acceptance of these terms through the Stadami Platform. This confirmation is logged electronically and constitutes a legally binding agreement.
SECTION II: CLIENT REWARDS
5. CLIENT REWARDS
Clients are eligible to earn bonus points (“Points”) for active participation on the Stadami Platform. Points are awarded for various types of engagement and may be redeemed for discounts on future training sessions.
- Points may be used to redeem discount coupons (“Coupons”) in the Client App under the “Discounts” section.
5.1 Accrual of Points – Client Actions
Points are granted to Clients for participating in predefined, legitimate activities within the Platform. Stadami reserves the right to validate any claimed activity prior to awarding Points. Any attempt to fraudulently simulate engagement (e.g., self-bookings, fake accounts, repeated cancellations) may result in the disqualification of Points or the permanent exclusion from this Programme. In serious or repeated cases of abuse, manipulation, or violation of these terms, Stadami reserves the right to block or permanently suspend the User’s account. Points earned in error or obtained through violation of Platform rules may be revoked at Stadami’s discretion.

5.2 Status Levels – Clients
Client status reflects accumulated activity and affects the Points awarded per completed session. Status upgrades are automatically assigned based on completed bookings tracked by the Platform. Trainings that are cancelled, refunded, or disputed due to reasons attributable to the Client shall not count toward the calculation of status levels. Stadami reserves the right to adjust status thresholds or temporarily suspend status accrual for maintenance, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

Client status affects the number of Points earned per session and is displayed in the Client account with a status indicator.
5.3 Redeeming Points – Clients
Redemption of Points into Coupons is a benefit granted at the discretion of Stadami and is a discretionary benefit provided by Stadami, not a legal obligation of the Platform. It is not the obligation of the Platform to guarantee any minimum redemption availability, rate of conversion, or redemption success. Points may only be redeemed through tools integrated into the official Stadami Client application. Coupons may only be applied to eligible sessions booked and paid for through the Platform. Stadami may limit the frequency of redemptions, introduce blackout periods, or exclude certain types of sessions from eligibility.

- If a Client applies a Coupon to a training session and subsequently cancels it, the The Coupon will normally be considered used and will not be reinstated, unless the cancellation is due to a technical issue or is initiated by Stadami.
- When a Client redeems Points for a Coupon, the Coupon will be automatically applied to the next eligible training session booked by the Client through the Platform.
- Clients cannot manually select a specific session to which the Coupon should apply.
- Unused Coupons cannot be held, delayed, or reserved for future sessions.
- If the next eligible session is cancelled by the Client, the Coupon will be considered used and will not be reinstated.
5.4 Referral Programme – Clients
Participation in the Referral Programme is subject to fair use. Stadami monitors patterns of referral to detect and prevent abuse, including but not limited to referral farming, cross-referral between related accounts, or mass automated invites. Stadami may suspend or revoke referral Points and disqualify Users from the Programme in such cases. Points for referrals are issued only after a referred User has completed their first eligible training session, and may be subject to further verification.

Points from referrals are credited only after the invited user successfully completes their first training session.
5.5 Future Motivational Programmes (Coming Soon)
Future features of this Programme may include competitive challenges, milestone-based rewards, and personalised bonus systems. These features will be governed by specific terms and may include participation conditions, geographic or eligibility restrictions, and limited-time availability. Stadami will notify Users in advance of the launch of any such features and reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel them without prior notice if necessary for operational or compliance reasons.
- Additional points for high-frequency platform use.
- “Challenge of the Month” – monthly challenge for both Clients and Trainers with bonus rewards.
5.6 Legal Considerations and Restrictions for Clients
- Points earned by Clients are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no monetary value. Points will not be awarded for training sessions that are cancelled or not completed, regardless of the reason or which party initiates the cancellation. In addition, if a training session becomes the subject of a dispute, refund request, or formal complaint or claim, any Points previously awarded for that session may be revoked or deducted at the sole discretion of Stadami. If a session is disputed, refunded, or becomes subject to a formal complaint or claim, any Points awarded for such a session may be withdrawn or reversed by Stadami at its sole discretion.
- Points and Coupons are intended solely for use within the Stadami Platform in accordance with this Programme.
- Stadami may suspend, revoke, or refuse to honor Points or Coupons in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of Platform policies.
- Clients may not exchange Points or Coupons for cash or credit.
- Points and Coupons may only be used with a valid, active Stadami account and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Points and Coupons cannot be sold, auctioned, bartered, or otherwise transferred.
- Coupons are valid only for booking trainings via the Stadami app and cannot be used with third-party payment systems or for bookings made outside the app.
- Coupons may not be used for: (i) package bookings; (ii) trial or promotional periods; (iii) if combined with other discounts;
- If a training session booked with a Coupon is canceled or refunded, the Points used for the Coupon will not be automatically reinstated unless the cancellation is initiated by Stadami due to technical or service failure. If a Client applies a Coupon to a training session and subsequently cancels it, the Coupon will be considered used and will not be reinstated.
- Stadami reserves the right to limit the total number of Coupons a Client may redeem within a given period (e.g., per month or per calendar quarter).
- Nothing in this Programme shall be interpreted to override any applicable tax reporting or compliance obligations under EU, national, or local law. Users are solely responsible for fulfilling any personal tax liabilities arising from their participation in the Programme.
6.GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Group training sessions conducted through Stadami are eligible for Points accrual by Clients.
6.1 Coupon Use Restrictions for Group Sessions
Clients may not apply Coupons in the following circumstances:
- When booking package training sessions;
- During trial or promotional periods;
- If combined with other discounts or offers.
7. LIMITATIONS, MODIFICATIONS & LEGAL PROVISIONS
- This Programme is promotional in nature and does not create any legally enforceable rights or obligations. Stadami reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at its discretion and shall not be held liable for any claims arising from changes or discontinuation.
- Stadami reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate this Programme at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email and/or in-app notification with at least 14 days’ prior notice, unless immediate changes are required for legal or operational reasons.
- This Programme does not establish any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the User and Stadami.
- Stadami retains the sole right to interpret the provisions of this Programme and resolve any disputes at its discretion.
- Fraudulent or unethical conduct — including but not limited to self-referrals, fake reviews, artificial usage patterns, use of automated systems to simulate engagement, referral farming, coordinated manipulation between accounts, or any activity aimed at unfairly earning Points — may result in forfeiture of Points and exclusion from the Programme.
- Points and discounts are discretionary and not guaranteed entitlements.
- Stadami also reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s participation in this Programme at any time, independently of their access to the Stadami Platform, particularly in cases of misuse, ineligibility, or operational necessity.
- Stadami shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or unavailability of the Programme resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, legal or regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
- This Programme shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Poland. All disputes relating to this Programme shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts.
- In the case of any inconsistency between this Programme and Stadami’s Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
8. GDPR / Data Protection
Participation in this Programme may involve the processing of personal data, including referral history, session activity, and account engagement metrics. Stadami processes such data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and as further described in the Stadami Privacy Policy.
This Programme, together with the Stadami Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement governing participation in the Programme and supersedes all prior communications or representations.
Stadami is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. As part of your participation in this Programme, Stadami may process limited personal data related to your account activity, referrals, point accruals, and redemptions for the purposes of administering and improving the Programme.
All data processing activities are subject to Stadami’s Privacy Policy and the Stadami Terms and Conditions. Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to data portability, in accordance with Articles 15–22 of the GDPR.
