Download the Stadami app from Google Play or the App Store. Once installed, follow the registration steps to create your account and start searching for trainers near you or online.
If you didn’t receive the verification code, check your spam, junk, or promotions folders. Make sure you entered your email address correctly. You can also select the “Resend code” option on the registration screen. If the issue persists, contact our support team to help you complete your registration.
Go to the “Create Profile” section and fill out all the required fields: profile photo, name, phone number, age group, training types and experience, communication languages, special requirements, and goals.
You can update your personal information at any time by going to “Profile” > “Edit Profile.” Simply select the field you want to update, make the necessary changes, and save the changes. If you need to update critical information such as your registered email, contact our support team for assistance.
Registration is currently only available to people residing in Spain with a valid Spanish phone number. The platform currently operates only within Spain. However, you can still book or offer online sessions from abroad without issue.

No. Each client may only have one account, which ensures transparency and trust within the platform.
Use the search tool to filter by sport, location, or training type (in-person/online or group) to find trainers that match your preferences.
Choose a trainer, check their availability, and request a session directly from their profile. Once accepted, the session will appear on your calendar.
You can cancel it directly from the app. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you’ll receive an automatic refund or have the option to reschedule.
Yes. With the Stadami app, you can fully manage your sessions: change the time or location, reschedule, or cancel future sessions if needed. Before making any changes, communicate with your trainer via the in-app chat. If both parties agree, you can easily update the booking. Remember not to share personal contact details outside the platform, as Stadami cannot support issues arising from external arrangements.
If the trainer doesn’t cancel within the permitted time frame, the client is entitled to a refund according to the cancellation policy. You can also contact Stadami support via the app. We’ll review the case and issue a refund if applicable.
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will automatically receive a refund or be able to reschedule at no cost. If you cancel last minute (less than 24 hours before), you may be charged the full amount according to our Cancellation Policy.
Yes. Some trainers offer special pricing for session packages. You can check this directly on their profile or ask via the integrated chat.
Yes. You’ll receive automatic notifications before every confirmed session. Make sure to enable notifications on your device so you don’t miss any updates.
If you’re running late, try to notify the trainer as soon as possible via the in-app chat. If you don’t show up within the first 15 minutes without notice, the session may be considered completed and non-refundable.
Once you request a session, the trainer has 3 hours to confirm it. If not confirmed within that time, the request will expire automatically. You’ll receive a notification once the session is confirmed, and it will appear in your Stadami calendar.
Stadami uses Stripe as a secure payment gateway. You can pay for your sessions using credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other methods depending on your country.
The payment is processed when the booking is confirmed, but it’s only released to the trainer after the session is completed and both parties confirm it through the app.
Yes. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the session, you’ll receive an automatic refund or have the option to reschedule at no cost. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to full charge, depending on the active cancellation policy.
If the trainer cancels or a technical issue prevents the session from taking place, contact us through the support chat or email. We’ll evaluate your case and process a refund if applicable.

Absolutely. Stadami does not store your banking information. All transactions are processed via Stripe, which complies with international security standards (PCI DSS certification). You can use the platform with complete peace of mind.

Absolutely! For each friend who signs up using your referral code and books a session, you both receive bonus points. Share your code from within the app and start collecting rewards.
Yes. The Stadami Points system rewards loyal clients with discounts, exclusive promotions, and bonuses for regular bookings. The more sessions you book, the more you gain.
Active users with consistent bookings are prioritized in the system. You may receive personalized trainer suggestions, higher-quality matches, and access to exclusive promotions.
Ratings help maintain high service standards on Stadami. Your feedback guides other clients and motivates trainers to keep delivering excellent results. Plus, you can earn extra points by rating your sessions regularly.
Yes. Stadami rewards the most active clients with loyalty tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each level unlocks unique perks such as bigger discounts, priority access to new trainers, and premium support.
You can chat with your trainer through the built-in messaging system in the Stadami app, which becomes available once you’ve made a booking. Use this channel to coordinate schedules, ask questions, or reschedule sessions.
We strongly recommend keeping all communication within the app. Do not share personal details such as your phone number, home address, email, or banking information. If a trainer makes a suspicious request, report it to support@stadami.com.
Currently, it’s not possible to delete conversations, as they serve as an official record. If you’ve had a negative experience with a trainer, report it to our support team by emailing support@stadami.com.
Try to resolve the issue respectfully using the in-app chat. If you can’t reach an agreement, contact our support team and include session details (date, trainer name, and issue) at support@stadami.com.
If you believe a rating is inaccurate or inappropriate, you can request a review by contacting support. Send the session details to support@stadami.com, and we’ll investigate.
Trainers offer individual, group, in-person, and online sessions. You can choose from a wide range of disciplines, including fitness, yoga, crossfit, functional training, rehab programs, cardio, and sport-specific workouts — all tailored to your goals and preferences.
No additional apps are required. Online sessions are conducted directly through the Stadami app using the built-in video call feature. Just make sure you have a stable internet connection, enough battery, and a comfortable space to train safely.
Yes. If you need to change the date or time, contact your trainer in advance via the in-app chat. If both agree, you can update the session from your calendar.
If the trainer fails to attend and doesn't notify you beforehand, you're entitled to a full refund. Please email support@stadami.com with the session details (date, time, trainer name).
If there's any disagreement about session attendance, Stadami’s support team will review the session logs and chat history to make a fair decision. That's why it's essential to keep all communication within the app.
At Stadami, we apply advanced encryption protocols and follow strict privacy policies. All your data — including payments, messages, and video sessions — is protected against unauthorized access, data leaks, or misuse.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your app settings. Always use a strong, unique password and never share your credentials. If you notice suspicious activity, change your password immediately and contact support@stadami.com.
Never share your phone number, email address, banking details, or make payments outside Stadami. If a trainer makes a suspicious request, report it immediately to support@stadami.com.
If you encounter fake profiles, scam attempts, strange links, or unusual behavior, use the “Report a Problem” option in the app or contact us directly at support@stadami.com. Our team will investigate and suspend the account if needed.
Only you and the trainers you book with can access your session-related details (such as your name, training goals, or preferred language). No other user can view your data without your consent.
Once your account is deleted, all your personal data will be permanently erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you want a copy of your data before deletion, you can request it by emailing support@stadami.com.
You can enable or disable notifications and location access in your device’s settings. Stadami only uses your location to validate sessions or show nearby trainers.
No. We do not share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Only essential information is shared with service providers like Stripe to securely process payments, in full compliance with data protection laws.
Yes. Stadami gives you the flexibility to join group workouts, allowing you to train alongside others in a dynamic and motivating environment. Just select a group session when booking in the app.
Yes. You can purchase a session for someone else using your account, as long as that person attends the session. There’s no need to create a separate profile if they won’t manage their own account. In the future, you’ll be able to link family profiles under one main account.
Yes, you can book multiple sessions in a single day, even with different trainers. However, for your well-being, we recommend leaving at least one hour between intense sessions.
Absolutely. You can book sessions with different trainers to see which one best suits your style. Just remember to leave at least one hour between sessions.
Yes. You can add trainers to your favorites from their profiles. This makes it easy to find and book them again later.
Some trainers offer free trial sessions. This will be shown on their profile or during your search in the app.
Yes. Use the app’s filters to search by format (in-person/online), sport, language, available times, and price range.
The Stadami app is available for Android and iOS mobile devices. Currently, there is no web version.
Yes. Stadami is available in Spanish and English. You can switch the language from your profile settings in the app.
